Terms of Service

1. Introduction
Welcome to Clutter Clear Co. By booking our decluttering and organization services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

2. Services Provided
Clutter Clear Co. offers home and business decluttering, organization, customized solutions, moving assistance, and life transition services. Services are provided "as is" and in compliance with the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA).

3. Booking & Payment

  • A deposit equal to 10% of the total proposal price is due at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable.

  • Clients may reschedule at no cost with more than 24 hours' notice. If rescheduled three times with less than 24 hours' notice, a $75 rescheduling fee will apply.

  • Credit card payments are processed via Squarespace with an additional 4% processing fee. Alternative payment methods include Zelle, Venmo, or CashApp.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before service are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will not be issued for services already rendered.

5. Liability Disclaimer

  • Clutter Clear Co. is not responsible for lost or damaged items during decluttering, packing, or organization services. Clients are encouraged to review and approve items before they are discarded or donated.

  • Services are provided in accordance with applicable laws; however, Clutter Clear Co. makes no guarantees of specific results.

6. Right to Refuse Service
Clutter Clear Co. reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service in cases where working conditions are deemed unsafe, unsanitary, or if a client engages in inappropriate behavior.

7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
